AKINTAYO AKINYEMI DECORATED AS OYO STATE ADVISER, YORUBA COUNCIL OF YOUTHS WORLDWIDE

Ibarapa born prince, Akintayo Akinyemi, was on December 30, at the Eruwa town hall decorated as the Oyo State adviser, Ibarapa zone of Yoruba council of Youths Worldwide and also bagged Award of Excellence alongside Oba Ela of Oyo State, Ifabamise Ojebode and other recipients  drawn across Oyo State.

According to the organisers of the Program, the selection of the recipients took into consideration many issues including promoting Yoruba culture, the creation of an enabling environment for Yorubas to recover from either man-made disasters or self -inflicted civilization that have ravaged the Yoruba nation and her citizens in recent times.

Extolling further the qualities that justified the award, the organisers stated that the recipients outstanding efforts in promoting Yoruba culture and traditions across the nation and respect for the dignity of mankind coupled with the transparent accomplishments of the recipients deemed them worthy for the prestigious awards.

Other recipients who was decorated at the event are Awogbemiga Fasina, Abiodun Fagbemiro Okediran, Ifasola Afifadara, Adebayo Olamilekan, Ranti Oke etc.
