HON AJIBOLA MURAINA COMMENDS THE PROGRESS IN IDERE, DONATES TO SUPPORT FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

Hon Dr Ajibola Muraina, the Member representing Ibarapa Central/ Ibarapa North in the 9th House of Representatives at the grand finale of the second edition of Idere Agbajo Festival commended the progress being made in Idere, as he made a donation of one million naira towards further development of the town.

The ceremony which held on Saturday November 13, 2021 and was hosted by Idere Descendants’ Vanguard had in attendance the Onidere of Idereland, HRM Oba Kingsley Onikola Oyelami Olufiji II and the Onidere-in-Council.

The federal lawmaker who arrived at the event accompanied by Hon Sarafadeen Olaoniye, his political associate (an illustrious son of Idere) and several of his supporters, expressed his happiness to be at the event and while noting that there is a lot of improvements in this year’s celebrations called for continued improvement of it.

He also called on all the special guests and invitees there present to rise and contribute to the development of Idere as he made a donation of five hundred thousand naira on the previous edition and another donation of five hundred thousand naira on the present edition making a total of one million naira.

“I am happy to be here today and I see there is a lot of difference in this year’s celebrations which shows that it will keep getting better.

This event is for the development of the town and it is important that we continue to improve on it. I am calling on all other special guests and invitees to rise and contribute to the development of Idere”, he said, as he made his donation.
