OYSCATECH GOVERNING COUNCIL CHAIRMAN CONGRATULATES FORMER RECTOR, BURSAR AND COLLEGE COMMUNITY

The Governing Council Chairman of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora, Prof. Lateef Sanni has felicitated with the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, the immediate past Rector, Professor Gbemiga Adewale and the OYSCATECH Bursar, Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun on their milestone achievements.

According to Prof. Sanni, “the Council noted within one week the following achievements:

1. The emergence of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora as the overall winner of the Inter-Tertiary Schools Debate organized by Centre for Advocacy and Leadership Development in Africa (CALDA) in commemoration of International Youth Day held in Ibarapa on Thursday, August 12, 2021.

2. OYSCATECH as recipient of Global Ambassador in Zero Hunger Actualization Award

3. The appointment of Professor Gbemiga Adewale, the immediate Past Rector for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora as the Acting Provost for the newly established College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources campus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

4. The successful defence of a doctorate degree programme in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife by the Bursar of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun at age of 63.
