Olusegun Okanlawon Commiserate With Affected Families Of Tragic Ibadan Carnival Stampede

Founder and the Chairman of the Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation, OOF, Engr. Dr. David Olusegun Okanlawon has commiserated with the government, residents of Oyo State and the families of the Ibadan Funfair Stampede.

Following a tragic incident which occurred at the private children’s funfair held at Bashorun Islamic High School, Ibadan, on Wednesday.

The Chairman who expressed his condolences message through his Media Aide, Adedokun Sunday Harshasha, Okanlawon said, “it’s absolutely a sad wednesday for us in Oyo State, most especially the people of Ibadan where the incident occurred.

“It’s our prayer that the Lord should comfort the families of those affected in the catastrophic occurrence and never allow us to witness such incidents in the state any longer.

“On behalf of myself, family, Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation, and the good people of Ibarapa, I extend my deepest condolences to the government of Oyo State under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, the people of the State, particularly residents of Ibadan and the victimized families over the sympathetic incident, may the protection of God be sufficient for us in the state and nation during and after this season of celebration” the Foundation Chairman added.
