Ibarapa Central First Lady felicitate with Oyo State First Lady on Birthday

The first lady of Ibarapa Central Local government, Mrs. Adebimpe Ayodele Adeleke, has extended her heartfelt felicitations to Her Excellency, Engineer Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, the wife of the Oyo State Governor, on the occasion of her birthday.
