ONIPAKO AKINYEMI DONATES CHILD CARE UTENSILS TO FIRST BABY OF THE YEAR IN IBARAPA CENTRAL.

Onipako AbdulHameed Akinyemi Maternal Care foundation has today 1st January 2024 donated 10th edition of the yearly donation of child support/ care utensils to the first baby of the year in Ibarapa Central Local Government.

The donation was done by the founder of the foundation, Alhaji (Prince) Akintayo Akinyemi and his wife, Alhaja Khadija Akinyemi to the lucky baby who was born exactly 9:30 am at the Isale Oba Maternity Center, Igboora to the family of Mr. Jamiu Ogundele of Arapanajo Compound, Isale Oba, Igboora and Mrs Alice Ogundele Oguntoye of Eleede compound, Igangan.

Speaking at the event, Prince Tayo Akinyemi congratulated the lucky parents and urge them to continue to pray for the lucky baby, the foundation and repose souls of his father and brother, HRH, late Oba AbdulHameed Akinyemi and late Prince Akintoye Akinyemi. He applaud the professional conduct of the Matron and Nurses at the Isale Oba Maternity Center.

According to him:

“I am glad to witness the 10th edition of Child care materials donation to the first baby of the year in Ibarapa Central Local Government who was reported born 9:30am early this morning at Isale Oba Maternity Center. It was a very interesting moment for the lucky parent, my family and the hard-working Nurses.”

“I launched Onipako AbdulHameed Akinyemi Maternal Care foundation 10years ago in honour and memory of my best friend and late father, late Kabiesi Oba AbdulHameed Olayide Akano Akinyemi, Onipako of Pako, Igboora in continuance of his special interest in Maternal and Child care matters during his life time. We thank Allah, despite every side hurdles, we are doing fine”

“I dedicate this year’s donation to the memory of my beloved brother, late Prince AbdulWasiu Akintoye Akinyemi, he was part of the process last year, unfortunately he is no more with us physically as Allah wishes.”
