EID-EL-KABIR: HON. ADELEKE CALLS FOR LOVE AND DISCIPLINE IN FESTIVE MESSAGE

In a heartfelt message to the Muslim community, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, has called for love and discipline as essential values during

the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir. Emphasizing the significance of the festival, Hon. Adeleke highlighted the principles of sacrifice, obedience, and faith as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, urging citizens to uphold these virtues for a harmonious and prosperous society.

The message was made available to our correspondent by his personal assistant, Sodiq Adesina, Hon. Adeleke highlighted the significance of Eid-el-Kabir, emphasizing that it symbolizes sacrifice, discipline, obedience, faith, love, and total submission to the will of Allah, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.

“I wish all our Muslim brothers and sisters a joyous and blessed Eid-el-Kabir. This sacred occasion reminds us of the values of sacrifice, discipline, and obedience to Allah. May Allah accept our prayers and reward our sacrifices, and may He preserve us to witness many more of this blessed season in the years to come,” Hon. Adeleke stated.

He also called for unity and mutual respect among all citizens, encouraging everyone to uphold the principles of love and faith that Eid-el-Kabir represents. Hon. Adeleke expressed his hopes for a peaceful and prosperous celebration, praying for continued blessings and protection for all residents of Ibarapa Central and Oyo State.
