ORO FESTIVAL STALLS IBARAPA CANDIDATES DEBATE, RESCHEDULED AND TO BE STREAM LIVE ON ASAKO RADIO ON SUNDAY 29TH JANUARY, 2023 AT 10AM

Following an official notice of commencement of the traditional Oro festival by the Aro of Idofin and head of Oro worshippers in Igboora to ASAKO NEWS; the notice read that the festival commenced on Sunday, 22nd January 2023 and expected to end on the former date (28th January).

As a sign of respect for tradition and culture, the management of Asako Multimedia has reschedule the long awaited Ibarapa Candidates Debate, a debate program where candidates for various legislative office in Oyo South and Ibarapa Central/ North federal and state constituency will be avail the opportunity to address constituents their programs if elected in the forthcoming national elections.

According to the statement: “Ibarapa indigenes will be watching the event live globally on Asako Radio/TV and physically at Aridunu Hall, Igbole, Igboora on a reschedule date of Sunday, 29th January 2023 at exactly 10am.”

“Members of Ibarapa constituency are expected to be physically present to ask their candidates germaining questions for records”.

“The board is sorry for the inconveniences, as a moral right of respect for our Traditional worshippers and free access for our female attenddees as the former date falls on the last day of the traditional festival where females are not expected to come out around the affected areas”.

Expected to grace the program are all Aspirants of political parties, traditional rulers, religious leaders, Craftsmen, Market men and women, Students bodies etc.
