Ibarapa born Olaoye triumph as NSCDC trains personnel on Staff duties and leadership

As part of efforts to boost the capacity of its personnel, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has concluded training of some of its personnel on staff duties and leadership.

The Course which consist of two phases took place at two different locations. The course on staff duties took place at NSCDC Command Staff College, Jos and Senior Leadership Course at Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre Shere Hills, Jos. The Course is for Commissioned Officer on General Duties which has in attendance Officers of NSCDC from all over the nation including an Ibarapa born Olaoye Emmanuel Olatayo.

The training at Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre is very rigorous and strenuous. Meanwhile, the courses were the first of its kind in the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. During his sojourn, Olaoye as a course participant was opportuned to lecture his co-participants on Communication for Security Officials.

Olaoye Emmanuel Olatayo is a vibrant professional psychologist and security expert that has contributed immensely to the development of Oyo State and Nigeria nation at large.

Emmanuel has on several occasions display his range of experiences in public safety, risk identification and management etc.

Olaoye has served in numerous capacities and portfolios in the NSCDC since he was enlisted in 2007 till date, he is the current Escort Commander.
