LETTER OF DISCLAIMER AND WARNING

Solidarity greeting to every combatants comrades in the field of struggle and everdogged Honourable’s in the legislative chamber.

Reference to an article circulating on the social media about one Mr. Soji Ogunlowo calling our noble senators to sitting of Fibsa National and who also self acclaimed himself as the Senate President (impersonation).

Let me remind us all of the decision of the congressmen in the month of July, 2020 which took place at Methodist Grammar school, Igboora.

i. The congressmen resolved to adopt a constitution that will serve as the only binding rules on all and sundry of the great Association.

ii. The congressmen also at his uniform decision makes it imperative to suspend the then National President and National Senate President for there Autocratic, undiplomatic, ill-democratic system of governance as they went behind a closed door to take a collective decision for the whole Association.

iii. The congressmen resolved to make there suspension official and and announce it publicly to ensure anyone trading with anyone of them in the name of Fibsa National do so at his own risk and which the copy of there suspension letter was sent to the state government and our mother Association at the state level(FOSSU).

In lieu of the aforementioned resolutions, I hereby warned severely, the self acclaimed President and Senate President to desist from the imposition ways of life and stop the impersonation, else they will face the full wrath of law.

Also, I implore all our Executives, Legislators and members to stay away from the fabricated sitting as proposed by the impersonator and all forms of activities from their camp.

I hereby indulge our people to remain resilient, active and untiring. I also use this opportunity to inform our member that the leadership of the union is working effortlessly to launch the union constitution very soon to ensure ease, smooth and itch free transition.

To all our senators, we look forward to see you at the constitution launching and at the same venue, we shall stand to dissolve the current administration and put in place an Electoral Committee that conduct the propose Election.
