CONFUSION AS FIBSA HOLD SENATE SITTING ON SATURDAY, OTHER GROUP CONDUCT ELECTION
The leadership of Federation of Ibarapa Students Association senate council held legislative sitting on Saturday at Methodist Grammar School, Igboora.
Asako Reporters correspondent report that the sitting was attended by senate members across the three local governments in Ibarapa land.
Ag. Senate President of the union, Sen Ojeniyi Roqeeb who presided over the sitting discussed burning matters in the union and ratified the appointment of nine man Electoral Committee with comr. Ibrahim Popoola as the chairman.
Asako Reporters gathered that other factional group of the union had earlier appointed six man Electoral Committee with Comr Adepoju Lawrence as the chairman.
Asako Reporters correspondent report that Electoral Committee under the leadership of Adepoju Lawrence conducted election at a security check point in Idere on Saturday where Comrade Gabriel Timileyin Michael from Ayete emerge the National President of the factional group with 12 votes while his closest rival Comrade Musa Kilanko from Tapa has 3 votes.
